“Already invited? We’ve temporarily exceeded our capacity. Please try again soon.”

This is what annoys me most right now. No-one can register, even if you have an invite. You just get this message. The last time people were able to register was from about about 21:30 on the 30th of June to about noon on the 1st of July. I got my invite at 14:50 (1st of July) and couldn't register. I keep on trying but no. Most sites say people will be able to register in a few hours, but it doesn't seem to happen. If anyone has any information about when people be able to register again - please comment below. I've tried to research it, but couldn't find anything except from "Google will probably relaunch in the next few hours". But that was yesterday night.
